i made this hat and bow tie for my rabbit boot the other day. i think he looks dashing.

the vancouver film festival is currently taking place and i was lucky enough to get in to see pina at last nights showing. this film by wim wenders, is his tribute to the late german choreographer and dancer pina bausch. it was one of the most beautiful things i’ve ever seen. if you are able to get out and see it, please do.

a few things to start off the week. i just listed two new items in my shop. my new organic quilted bib and my burp cloths now available with my city print. also my penguin bib will be freatured on 20besttwenty for the month of october!

yesterday my friend heather and i checked out the interior design show and then headed over to anthropologie for the grace bonney (design sponge) book signing. grain, a group of designers from washington focusing on sustainable design, iacoli and mcallister, molo, and darin montgomery and trey jones (that designed the amazing cocktail bar in the first photo) were the ones that stood out for me at the design show. i finally got to see heathers bottle vases featured in the window display at anthropologie!
