my friend crystal took this photo on her recent brooklyn trip.

last night was the sufjan stevens show at the orpheum.
no words can truly describe it.
i was mesmerized, slightly confused and thoroughly entertained.
if this show was a food it would be ambrosia salad
and the marshmallows would be wearing tinfoil pants.

i will be closing up my etsy shop this saturday
so i can finish all orders and get ready for the long
awaited trip we are taking next month. i will be away
until the new year and hope to bring home a back pack
filled with notebooks packed with inspiration and
illustrations and maybe a little fabric too.
all orders that are placed before saturday will be shipped
before i head out early november.
